I'm going to be participating in the Wayzata Art Experience art show tomorrow. I'm a little nervous. I've been in a few shows before but nothing on this scale. I've been making new designs to get ready and I was feeling pretty good until I actually started putting the pieces in my displays. I have these great cases with plexiglass covers that I can set up ahead of time. Each one holds 24 pieces. I wanted to use all 10 of my cases and I figured I would have no problem filling them. Unfortunately I didn't realize a lot of my pieces were Christmas/Winter themed until I started going through them. Whoops! So now I have enough for 8 cases. I should be able to fill all 10 after frantically trying to finish a bunch of pieces last night. (FYI: It's no fun to go to work on 3 hours sleep!)
Weather is going to be a little cooler than they predicted earlier this week. There's no rain in the forecast so that's good! Hopefully it will be a decent turnout. If you're in the area stop by! I'll be at booth #52.
